There is so much happening at Margrain in September, you would be mad to miss it! 

 

Cellar Dwellers

As always, September means Cellar Dwellers here at Margrain. 

Every weekend we will be opening old vintages and tasting them alongside their current counterparts, with limited release vertical triple packs available to purchase throughout the month, along with instore specials of some special cellar finds.
 
Dates: Weekends from 30 August to 28 September
Time: 11.00am – 3:30pm
Group size: Maximum 4 to a group (5 at a push)
Cost: $25 per person, includes your choice of five varietals - tasting the old vintages alongside the current releases.
Bookings not required.

 

 

Jazz in Martinborough 

Jazz in Martinborough runs from 5-7 September.
We are joining in the fun on Sunday 7th September with the Scarlet duo playing at Margrain's Cellar Door and Kitchen from 11am to 1pm.
Enjoy your tasting, a glass of wine, or gin and tonic with a bite to eat while enjoying Scarlet's soulful sounds.

Gin and Cheese Board September Special

Come and try the new Margrain gins - Generations Gin and Three Sisters Gin. Once a year, the grape vines burst with tiny blossoms covering the small bunches. With a window of only a few days, we hand select the grape flowers, which are then dried and separately distilled. Imparting a subtle aromatic flavour, the distilled vine flowers lend a floral elegance which combines beautifully with the juniper notes of a classic dry gin.

Generations Gin is a classic juniper-led gin with earthy and aromatic notes. Three Sisters Gin with its delightful pink hue is bright and floral, with soft rose petal flavours, and citrus notes.

Margrain gins are always available to taste in the Cellar Door and Kitchen, and for September we have a great deal for two tasting trays of our Generations Gin and Three Sisters Gin and one Cheese Plate for only $56.00.
