Cellar Dwellers aged aromatics dozen

3 bottles each of cellar-aged aromatics that will knock your socks off.

2015 Pinot Gris - age brings a delicious, nutty character to this bone-dry wine.  A truly adult Pinot Gris.  Ready to drink but will hold for a few more years with appropriate cellaring.

2016 Riesling - starting to show that distinctive fuesal character (according to google I made that word up) with a lovely oiliness beginning to develop on this off-dry beauty. Drinking well but easily has another 5 years+ with appropriate cellaring and if the kerosene nose is your kick.

2016 Chenin Blanc - moving from that distinctive crisp, green, apple character into baked-apple territory.  It's a stunner, and another that has plenty more time in it should you want to carry on into apple pie-land.

2014 Gewurztraminer - only ever available in September, we haven't made a Gewurz since 2020 so this is a real treat.  We have always made it in a very lush (read 30g/l residual sugar) style that tones down the florals and elevates the spices.  A monumental wine that is just begging for a great fish curry or the like.
